Im 39 weeks today. I went to the hospital on the 24 of this month they said I was 4cm and 60% effaced. I cannot hold my balance and I keep falling down. The hospital sent me home that day. Is there anyway I can't put myself in labor? PLEASE HELP I Don't KNOW WHAT TO DO!

Unless your doctor chooses to induce you, there's nothing you can do. You'll go into labor when your body, and your baby, are ready to do so.

If your doctor isn't concerned, and has decided that induction isn't necessary, you'll just have to stick it out.

I know it's hard. The last few weeks of pregnancy are the toughest, but you're in the home stretch. Just hang in there. :)
