Arson 1 charge probaiton violation
My fiancée was charged with Arson I in 2000 he did 1 year in and was given nine years probation. Here is where the problem is he was extradited to Kansas on a misdemeanor charge and was never extradited back to Georgia. We have tried to deal with this for 11 1/2 years and recently after all of this time they finally come and get him on my birthday. He is trying to fight the extradition because he has kept in contact with the probation and courts but they have not extradited him. He has been in jail a couple of times but nothing has happened. Does anyone have any advice because I feel I have exhausted all other possibilities.
