Exaclty when does an order of protection go into affect I have obtained one againstmy husband whom hasn't been served physically yet is that when I goes into full affect? Is it effective now

When he is served. He can't be expected to follow an order he doesn't even know exists yet. Why hasn't he been served yet?

He wasn't served immediately because of the tornado that hit chemung county New York. He was in fact served on 7-27 He also violated said order six minutes after being served yes six minutes later he violated it He has also removed the license plates from a vehicle which is marital property or his family did and has requested a utility to be shut off When I petitioned for full custody with intention to relocate out of state how likely is it the judge will grant me my full custody and relocation?
