Hi. My boyfriend got accused of raping a grl even though there was no dna found and he passed two lie detector tests. It got dropped to a missdamenor with treatment and probation. If he chooses to leave the country will they try to find him and or extradite?

If its before probation ends he will have an arrest warrant issued. And they never expire.
If he accepted a plea bargain, then he admitted guilt and has a conviction on his record.
