About 2 weeks ago my stomach started playing up so I went to bed to rest it then when I woke up it was in incredible pain I went to a doctor and he said take these tablets for 5 days it has been 4 already and it is still really painful

If it's still occurring then you need to go back to the doctor.

I am on Tuesday but if it shows that it is bad then I can't go on holiday with my dad

You should call the doctor's office today and say how much it hurts. The doctor was probably guessing that you have something mild when it might be serious, like appendicitis. Find out now rather than later. If you can't go on holiday, you can't go.

You vomited? OK, just drink water or possibly some broth or clear juices for at least a day, possibly as much as 3, so that anything like a stomach virus can be starved out of your intestines.
