    How can I lose weight?
So I'm trying to get a flat stomach and yesterday I ran three laps around a huge field. I lost 3.4 pounds but I also hardly ate that day just cereal and dinner... I gained 2 pounds back today.. How can I keep going down instead of going up... I ran 3 laps today too. Someone please help!!

Instead of hardly eating, eat foods high in fiber, and low in saturated fats. Eat lot of fruit and vegetables. Try to drink 1/2 your body weight each day in water. Cut out the sweets and you should start seeing results. Good luck!

Sorry half your body weight in ounces of water. 100 lbs of weight means to drink 50 ounces of water.

While I agree with the rest of your advice, this is dangerous and could lead to water intoxication. If a person weighs 200 pounds, they should NOT drink 100 pounds (in essence) of water.

So I weigh 124 how many ounces of water should I drink? I went for a walk this morning and started to Jon but almost collapsed because my legs hurt so bad. I did 100 crunches what are other excersizes?

You should try to drink about 100 ounces of water. Work your way up to it. If you start with long walks, then you can add to it later. Don't try to do too much all at once.

If you weigh 124 pounds, depending on how tall you are losing weight would not really be advised.

I'm 124 and 5 ft or 5"1... Would it be bad if I loose weight?

You don't need to loose weight but if you want a flat tummy do some yoga. What I do to work my core is grab a pullupbar pull myself up and then touch my lower abs to the bar. Their like super extreme crunches but they get the job done. P.S You need more intensity try a jog instead of the walking your doing.

Haha I run and job more than I walk. And okay I thought yoga didn't do anything though.. Though it just is to relax you?

Theirs a reason yoga is one of the most used exercises for females it increases flexibility and works to a strong core.
