I had taken a pic of my car today. And there's a mist on the front tire. It kind of looks like an old time nurse. With the hat you can see her hair and her dress.. I was wondering if anyone else could see this?

I see what you are referring to... but have no idea how you get a nurse out of that... you have to squint even to get a humanoid shape.

I say smudge on the lens.
