I have been on the job for 2 years when the company hired me they new up front I was going to jail or probation after the fact that my job wrote 3 letters to the state asking for proabation because I was such a good worker and they all new what I was in trouble for then I get a call at 6 this morning telling me they ate doing back ground checks for me not to come into work and I was wondering do I have any case and the fact that there is people working as supervisors that are felons what can I do about this

You did not say where this is, but in most places, yes they may fire you for this.
