What if I was not properly served in Georgia?

I am a black male that live in DeKalb County, Georgia. I have not been properly served on a Family Violence Twelve-Month Protective Order which has been issued against me by another black male on April 30,2021 as a Respondent in the Superior Court of DeKalb County. I never was served by a Sheriff or any court appoint personnel, but they have call me and/email regarding the case and telling me come to the court house to be served. I miss my first court date because I went to the wrong court house. I went back to the right court to reschedule the court appearances date and was told that I couldn’t reschedule. The front clerk just gives me copy of my 1st judgment and I didn’t sign anything. A judgment was made at the first hearing that I must mandatory attend a 24-hours Family Violence Intervention Program. But the Compliance Officer inform that I have a second heard which is schedule July 27, 2012. I don’t know what to do, since I was not properly served does the first judgment count?
