I had a paper jam and removed the paper. When I closed the front door the computer would not print and still says front door open. Help

My name is Rathish and I am working with Dell Social Media Team.
You have mentioned in the post that the computer gives a message saying the front door of the printer is open.
I would first request you to try and print a page directly from the printer let’s see if that prints.
If that prints which means the printer has no issue and need to check the door.
Then try and shutdown the computer and the printer leave it for 5 min and then start the computer and the printer.

Please try these steps and let us know if you need any further help.
