I was caught shoplifting. I went to court and they assigned me 8hrs of community service . Since its close to my court date already , I was told its too late to complete the 8hrs . What's Going to happen on my court date ? Will I get rearrested or will they give me more hrs ? PS 1st charge .

Not sure what will happen but 8 hours CS is low. Why didn't you do them?

Depends on the judge.

Why didn't you do your community service? Probably the first thing the judge will ask you.

With no excuse, very posible a few days in jail to get your attention. It is not yoou mom that was to do it, you are responsible
