I am 23, female and I have just had a positive ANA of 1.160 with a granular pattern.
My aunt has lupus.
I have had a red eye since November, hospital have treated me for an allergy and episcleritus.
However this has had no effect, they said my blood vessels are opening up.

Last year I had shingles and the year before I had an unexplained rash on the lower part of my legs.
This disappeared by itself after a few months, as treatment did not work.

What do I do now? My doctor wants to send me to see the eye infirmary again, however they believe it is not an eye problem. I have looked on the internet that more blood tests can be done following a positive ANA test, is this correct? If so what are they?
