Divorce and leaving the state with kids
I am a single mother of 2 boys. We currently reside in Florida and their father resides in Pennsylvania. He has rarely been in their lives and I've done everything alone for a long time. He currently still owes back child support. I recently filed for a divorce in the state of Florida and I am now being told that I can not leave the state. I am trying to move to Pennsylvania which is closer to the father of my boys but the court is still not allowing me to leave without a written agreement between both of us stating we both agree on the move. He does not want to sign the agreement for his kids to be closer to him unless I drop the back child support. Basically I need to know if anyone knows what would happen if I break the agreement to the affidavit signed stating that I can not leave the state? Also need to know if I drop the divorce process can I open it after a period living in Pennsylvania... through Pennsylvania. Please help
