    It isn't illegal, but I wouldn't let my 13 year old daughter date anyone, let alone a 16 year old! 13 is too young to be dating!

    Depending on where you are from, it could be illegal to have any type of sexual relation with him. Do your parents know you're dating this 16 year old?
