I tried doing a home treatment for vaginal yeast infection and inserted a small garlic pulp into the vagina and now can't find it. It may be way up in there. Will it come down eventually or do I need to see an OB/GYN?

You need to see an OB/GYN as soon as possible. Even the ER is a possibility.
