    Hi I am a wife of a level three sex offender he will be out 4 years in November we got married and had a son he can not stay the night with us cause they say that would not be supervised he went to tvp got out and had all strikes off they also told him that when he got out the stipulation would be taken of it was not they said that they would get it off well he messed up and got a strike a week ago my question is there a possibility of the ever coming off and is there any one I can talk to his victim was not a child and the child we had is his biological child

    I'm guessing if he HAD a chance of the stip coming off now that he's violated he has no chance at all.

    It doesn't matter of the child is his biologically OR if his victim was or was not a child. Interesting that you use the word "VICTIM" when you describe the behavior that got him where he is.

    Yes, talk to an Attorney.

    If I were you I'd be a lot more concerned that Child Protective Service (or whatever it's called in your State) would take a close look at me and I would lose my child, at least temporarily, and a lot less concerned about him and his problems.

    How did he violated?
