I haven't drank for 3 1/2 weeks until last night. From 11 pm to 3 am I had about 7 mixed drinks and 2 beers. I have to go for a urine test today for the Board of Nursing. I don't know what kind of urine test they do but will I pass? I am 5'7" and 190 lbs and female

Chances are slim. General rule of thumb is to have a waiting period of 24 hours after drinking before taking a UA.

What is the purpose of the UA. Is it a diversion program through BON or simply a drug screen for licensing?

At 9 drinks you should pass a standard alcohol UEtOH easily within 18 hours and possibly in half that time. If however they are testing for EtG/EtS, not uncommon for diversion/probation through BONs then you have almost no chance of passing at that time interval.
