We (my husband and I) are the victim of immigration fraud by our lawyer. He intentionally delayed our case and made us out of status which we never wanted to be. Moreover we spent so much money for our immigration.We are planning to report to USCIS. Do you think we will be in trouble if we face USCIS with our current status? Anyway we are planning to leave the country.
