I have been involved with this girl who has a long distance boyfriend. We like each other, but we know we should not have sex. We have been hanging out alone and "dating" for couple weeks now. During the first week, she went to Hawaii with the boyfriend, I told her not to contact me because it is dangerous. But she did anyway, she texted/called whenever she can. After she came back from the vacation, we still hang out everyday. She said she likes me more and more now, but can't break up with the boyfriend who has been with her for 2.5 yr already. The boyfriend says he is going to move over end of this year, but there is no clear action on his side. I don't know what is she waiting for or she is just keeping me around.

What should I do? Stay around to wait or walk away immediately?

Update on the situation, over the weekend the boyfriend came over, she decided to wait for the boyfriend to move here after two month. She decided to end things with me and insisted cut me off completely. I feel hurt and feel I was stupid, I should have walked out earlier maybe we could be friends.
I already initiated NC, but haven't delete her Facebook yet, because I don't want common friend to suspect something might have happened between us. Nobody suppose to know we were dating for a month.

Keep NC going, and move on. That's about all you can do in this case. Shouldn't be too hard, I'd be quite furious if someone stole that time from me to find out she chose the other guy.

I have went through a worst breakup in the past. I think this one is not going to be as bad. But I keep think about if she truly liked me or not. I know I shouldn't be obsessed thinking that way. Yesterday I saw her while I was at gym, I didn't go up to say hi, but my heart was bleeding, it was sad to see her face.

It's completely normal to have a mind full of "what ifs". It comes with our nature, the way we analyze and think. Just don't let it consume the moving on process, "what if" is a terrible road to wander.

Moving on is only as hard as you let it be. It's much easier with a "glass half full" kind of mentality. Learn from your mistakes, and move onto something better. There is a girl for you out there, that isn't drowned with another long distance guy. You just have to buckle down and find her.
