My ex is threatening to take me to court to make our custody 50/50 with our daughter... instead of our current every other weekend schedule. Due to my current work schedule... that is impossible. Does she have a right to do this and would the court even consider this considering my nightly work day/night work schedule?

Your wife wants you to have MORE time? That's a rarity. But I doubt if she will get it without your consent.
