What are some ways that I can work on these two things

Actually, what are some ways I can work on my backwalkover?Like at home? Since I am in track\highjump I usually do backbends almost everyday.
I am pretty sure about doing them on the floor(backbends)but I still can't go back into one.Any advice would be appreciated.
