    Got my period but having a lot of cramps
    Got my period yesterday but it's a dark brown with a lot of clots and really heavy I'm having really bad cramps I can't even get up its hurts so bad I had unprotected sex on the 3 of this month I'm not on any birth control what could it be?

    It sounds like you are dehydrated. Try drinking a LOT of water & cranberry juice.
    Also, hot baths and stretching (yoga) will help.
