My ex-husband and I are paying on a mobile home to buy and neither one of us want to continue to pay for this home. So if I let it go back to the bank or have them forclose on the home does this effect my new marriage and on coming back on him?
And how does this effect me on me paying for lot rent as well? Or do I have to talk to the trailor park about paying lot rent while my house is not being paid for.

You will be sued by the lot owner for rent, till the home is repoed ( or till the rent ends according to rental agreement)

On the repo, you will most likely end up owing them 1000's, most likely almost as much as you now owe which they will sue you for.
