    Okay so I did the salt and ice challenge 3 or 4 days ago and it hurts and now have like small bubbles nothing big but I still do is that normal

    Some salt and ice challenge injuries can be very serious. You are prone to infection for one. You need to go see your local doctor to have it treated. Don't touch anything with it and don't wrap it either. At least don't wrap it tightly. It needs oxygen to heal but you really do need to see a doctor. And don't do this thing again.

    The bubbles are likely to pop and show raw skin, depends on how many levels of the skin has been destroyed, you can expect most likely scars for life in those areas.
    Most likely if the skin is bubbled, you need medical assistance. These can get infected and cause serious health issues
