I feel on cement steps over 2 weeks ago. I landed on my arms (right below my elbow). My one arm is still swollen but it still hurts and I have a "bump" sticking out that is extremely painful. Also, my arm is still somewhat stiff and I feel like I have electricity running through it down to my hand. I have been using ice packs which is a temporary fix. I don't have health insurance so I have not had a doctor look at it. But I am concerned at this point. Any idea as to what this "bump" is and why am I still hurting and feeling electricity in my arm?
