I've had all the symptoms of my period, but I haven't actually bleed yet. I'm 11 days late and I wasn't intimate on days that I'm fertile according to my period calendar. The only change I've made to my diet is cutting out red meat. I was active a week or so before I was supposed to start my cycle, but again it wasn't on my fertile days. I'm starting to get really worried. What does this mean?
