    Can She leave the State In A Custody Case?
    Me And my Ex Girlfriend Are In A Custody Case in Phx Arizona We Have A 20 Month Old Lil girl that lives whit her right now I have a Temporary Order That I get Her Twice A Week Can She Leve The State whit Out Notifying Me??

    Probably not - but she does have to allow you to see the chld twice a week or she'll held in contempt of Court.
