    I have a court hearing on writ of garnishment. What should I bring?
    I need help in what to take to court today to present to the judge that I can not live with 800 per month out of my check. Please help

    Poverty is not grounds. The judge is unlikely to care. The judge is concerned only if the debt is legal.

    You will want to have proof of your periodic (weekly, bi-weekly, or whatever) pay and deductions, so that the garnishment doesn't exceed what is allowed. If there are any other garnishments in effect, the court should know about that too.
