    Pregnant and want to move
    So me and my family have decided to move to another town. But I am pregnant does the baby's father have any say so to where I live?

    He cannot exercise his rights as a father until he goes to Court, DNA proves it's his child and the Court awards him rights (and orders child support).

    He will get visitation - the Court will decide where and how often.

    Of course he can't do anything while you are pregnant. But once the baby is born he can request a DNA test then file for visitation and/or custody.
