This is kind of an embarrassing question but I wanted to know if I should be concerned and go to the doctor because after masterbating today I started bleeding and cramping. This has never happened to me before. I usually use a toy and I put a condom on it because I am worried about getting a bacterial infection. I was out of condoms so I used a sandwich bag. It had a little bit of a sharp ridge on it so I wasn't sure if it scrapped my cervix or something. When I worked out earlier I notice I bleed a little worse but then when I came home and put my feet up and relaxed it seemed to slow down but I am still slightly cramping.
