    Irebuilt this ty 1.5 and now it just cranks but no fire?

    If the CEL comes on and goes off after 2 seconds, when the ignition switch is turned to Position II, then install a new igniter and coil. If the problem persists, install the new igniter and coil in a genuine Honda distributor housing--all others are junk.
