Hello my kids all have different daddies but all three of them have not been around... My son is 6 yrs old he has only seen his son 4 times his whole life we live in Fort Smith Arkansas but my son and daughter were born in Oklahoma... My daughter's dad has not seen her but 3 times in her 4yrs and they were all 3 when she was a baby. My youngest son has not ever seen his dad he's 1. my question is how and when can I take away their dads rights? My daughters dad is paying child support though...
