    Friend sent his kids here to the US from Mexico
    My friend sent his kids here to the US from Mexico with their uncle to take care of them for a year. What kind of paper work can he give his brother for them to start school and medical needs. His brother tell him that HE MUST SIGN OVER CUSTODY TO HIM. BUT he feels that his brother is lying to him to be able to take his kids away, just because he is unable to come here from Mexico.?
