    Wrong father in birth certificate
My boyfriend signed the birth certificates paper but I have my ex husband who believe he may be the father. My boyfriend does not want a paternity test
What can I do to take my boyfriend to do the test he refused to do it?

If he signed an acknowledgement of paternity, then your ex may have to file for paternity.

At lot depends on the laws where you live, a piece of info you neglected to provide.

Also when did you divorce your ex with respect to when the child was born.

Ok, so your ex is not the legal father by default. So if you want to find out for sure, you have to go to court to order a test. YOU may not be able to do it since there is already a legal father. Either the legal father or the challenger may have to initiate.

I suggest consulting a local attorney.
