    My son is going to stay wit his dad for a yr but he owes back childsupport. How does that work

    He could seek child support against you and receive credit for what he already owes. That is something that is up to the courts to decide on.

    Not sure what it means or what you mean?

    Is this though the court ? If not, the chld goes there and he still owes and is suppose to pay support. If though the court, child goes, he still owes back support, can ask you to pay him support, should come off what he owes you.

    My son is 15 and has now left school as he has a full time job. Do I have to pay maintenance until he is 16?

    I am a bit confused. It is not allowed a child under 16 to work a full time job and also to leave school.From age 16 a person has full legal capacity to enter into any form of agreement.
