My daughter is 23 months. I gave been giving her the infant and children cough and cold medication DPH. However I just realized than 5am on sat morning and 7pm last night I mixed up the two bottle and gave her the Adult and children bottle which contains 15mg of Dextromorphan instead of 3.75 in the infant one. I am worried about an overdose in the last 48 hours as she was also given two doses today of the proper medication for infant.
