Hello I am 30 weeks pregnant and I've been having the feeling like the baby is going to fall out! I have been having some menstrual like cramps as well any suggestions?

This can also just be your body sealing or locking the baby into place, my mum had a period while she was pregnant with me and it was just me being sealed in :)
