I left my husband with my 2 children - The custody battle is endless. He is abusive and has not stopped taking it out on my children. It made my life very hard with the children being reactive. My daughter was adopted and moved often before she came to live with me. She is very attached and wants to live with me. Because my ex will not stop the judge just split my kids apart. There is no working with my ex. = He wants revenge and doesn't care what he has to do to get it. He is so good at manulipitation and its hard to defend.
My other child is with me. He has autism and mental retardation. My daughter is scared. He has convienced them that I am telling her to say the things she is saying about him. My daughter will be 12 in three months -- can she choose who she wants to live with at that age? We live in Pennsylvania -- Lehigh County

No there is no age where the child can just go live with who they want,

At 12 the and often younger they can tell the judge where they want to live, but it is always the judge who has to issue the order as to where they live.
