Furnace will not start - freezing in here
My gas furnace will not start

I checked my fuses - OK
The switches are turned to on.
I removed my thermostat and jumped the wires - no luck
    The pilot light is on
    The furnace has power.

What else should I check to get this thing started?

Could it be the mechanism that provides the spark over the pilot light. I don't know the correct terminology but the last two times are gas furnace acted up (the blower would come on and that was it. No heat), this was the problem. You could also check your outside vent and make sure it is not clogged with snow or ice.

It's a gas boiler not a furnace. My mistake.

I have a tech coming to look at it now.

I had a service guy come out and he had no idea what the problem was. I had another guy come out and found the problem right away. The flame flow switch went bad ( small white thing next to the burners).
