I am a pco patient and ha dbeen taking duphaston to initiate periods for last 1yr... this month also I took duphaston 2 tablets on each day for seven days and its 20 days now and my periods have not yet come... I also have thyroid.. but its under control... I have sore breast and in between one day ha da few drops of dark brown coloured discharge... am I pregnant... pregnancy test with strip was done last week and it showed negative...
