I have been taking care of my niece two children for the last four months.She has a problem with drugs.She don't call and we are unable to get in contact with her.I don't want them to be taken away.they are wonderful children.I don't know what to do.

Well, it's going to be a long battle but go your going to have to go to the court house "family court" fill out the necessary paper work and they will need proof that she's unfit.
