My husband has a past case of class d felony of criminal recklessness was placed on 3year probation of which it would have end in 2 months he went to court and ICE took him he is now on hold about to be deported to mexico I've been married to him for almost four years I have a 9 year old child in which my husband raised since she was 2 years old can I help for him to stay in the U.S if not, and he gets deported can I get a lawyer so he can come back to the U.S Mrs. M

A better idea is to get an Attorney NOW, before he's deported. You might be able to stop deportation. Once he's out, he's out.

He should have an attorney now, after he is deported it is too late, he will not be allowed back for some time

You can make plans on joining him in his nation after he is deported to stay together.
