I'm sixteen, and my boyfriend's seventeen. Our birthdays are around the same time. About two weeks apart. When he turns eighteen I'm going to already be seventeen. But will we get in trouble due to the fact he will be 18 and I will be seventeen?

There is no trouble dating, depending on where you live, if you have sex, he could be arrested
Of course if you are having sex, you could get pregnant and that is a lot of trouble

As of now we're sexually active , even if we've been dating since before his birthday , could we still get in trouble?
