I have the mirena and I have been having a lot of discharge lately. It is sometimes red or pink or clear. Sometimes there are blood clots no bigger than the tip of my finger. My breast are really tender, I have mood swings like crazy. I think I'm pregnant. Is there any chance of the baby living if I am pregnant? And should I take the mirena out?

Firstly take a pregnancy test. When you have an IUD it is more common (if you get pregnant) that it is a tubal one which can cause DEATH if not treated. Call your gyno and make an IMMEDIATE appointment. If nothing is available within a few days I suggest going to the ER and letting the nurses know what is going on. Like I said before tubal pregnancies can be LIFE THREATENING TO YOU.
