I have an impressionist painting by only last name I presume--Bauset1965. On the back are numbers 448, and that is all, nothing else to identify the painter or painting. It is a gorgeous oil of blues and greens, a forest with big trees and in the middle only two figures in bright colors, a girl and a boy. It gives the feeling of clandestine meeting, but who knows? I thought Bauset was french, but I have scoured the internet looking for this name, only to come up with the wrong Bauset.

I also looked for this painting. I looked at all of the oil paintings containing a girl and a boy. I think you have an unknown artist, but you could take it to a local gallery and ask them. Are you able to see any other initials or trademarks of the artist included in the painting. As an artist I have three initials on the left side of each painting and my signature on the right side. Also can the B be another letter? I will continue to search.
