    Live in de work in ny
    I conduct my freelance business in New York. However, I do not have a business address because I go to my clients and do not work out of a gym. I currently live in DE but will be moving to NJ in the near future. I would like to register my DBA, but am not sure in which state to do this. I pay my income taxes in NY as a non-resident. Again, I do not have a physical address in NYC.

    I think the person to ask is your Accountant - I can see tax implications.
