I have blue-ish purple veins approximately 1mm wide, that spread across the area of skin just under my eyebrow, above my eye. They're over bone. I've had them all my life, I can never completely conceal them... they're very distracting and freaky. I have fair skin, I am an american.

I'm wondering... has anyone had this done, knows anyone... or anything about it?

Can they be helped/removed with a laser?

How safe is it... (I've heard of fat getting damaged)?

How much would it cost for both eyes... (I also have some veins underneath that I want to deal with)?
