About a year ago I had a case of petty theft, I was caught shoplifting at the Macy's and I ended up paying $ 500 but still was arrested. I went to court and got community service, I was told my case was dismissed as long as I stayed away from trouble. This was my first and god willing last offense. Now I want to open a daycare center but I need to get fingerprinted, will This case come up in my record?
