    Change my son last name
    I am a single mom my son is 7yrs old I have been a single mom for 7 years I can not find his real father the man that I gave my son last name is not his father how can I give my son my last name

    You have to get a court order to change his name. The legal father will have to agree.

    I don't not know anything about the real father I have not seen him sense I told him I was pragnant I gave the man that I thought was the father his last name

    He did not sign any papers and he took a DNA test and he was not the father he don't help me and never did my mom helps
