I had sex on July 7 and also July 9 based on my ovulation window from 7/6 till 7/11 could I be pregnant?

I have been having some light cramps and head ache and the all started 7 to 8 days past my ovulation.

Yes, if that is your true ovulation period. I assume you were using a real calculator, not a online app that just goes by period dates.
